Why BeyondWake exists
Dream experiences can be compelling, confusing or simply worth remembering. We want a reader to find a clear starting point without being asked to accept extraordinary explanations, buy into a guaranteed result or treat an ordinary dream as a diagnosis.
The public guides focus on what a term means, what a practice involves and what available evidence can reasonably support. Personal meaning can remain personal; an unusual experience is not, by itself, proof of a theory about reality.
The website and the app are separate
The website is an educational resource. You can use its explanations, read the research notes or copy a blank journal template without the application.
The BeyondWake app is being developed separately. We will describe its actual capabilities, access and terms when those details are ready and verified. We do not use this page to announce a release date, pricing or functionality that has not been confirmed.
| Resource | Available purpose |
|---|---|
| Website | Standalone guides, explanations and a blank journal template. |
| Application | In development; features, access and release details are not announced here. |
Who is responsible?
Pawlina Limited is the confirmed operator behind BeyondWake and is responsible for the project’s publication. We do not present an invented panel of researchers, medical reviewers or founders.
Names, professional qualifications and research affiliations should be published only when confirmed and relevant. The visual scenes on this site are illustrative rather than team photographs.
How we approach the subject
We distinguish describing a technique from proving that it works. We keep research limitations visible and label practical examples as examples. We avoid promising lucid dreams, therapeutic effects or an objectively correct interpretation of personal symbols.
Respect for sleep is part of the experience, not a small-print exception. If an exercise becomes tiring, frightening or compulsive, stepping back is a legitimate choice.

Use the Contact page for project questions or to flag a specific error in a guide. For an editorial correction, include the page address and wording so the issue can be traced.
Contact is not a clinical or emergency channel. Do not send intimate dream records or detailed medical information to seek a diagnosis. For persistent sleep or mental health difficulties, use an appropriate qualified service.
